Refund policy

Decants (3ml/5ml/10ml) are poured fresh per order and cannot be returned or refunded once fulfilled, for hygiene and authenticity reasons. If a decant arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or store credit.

Full bottles may be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of delivery if unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Once opened, they're final sale.

For any wrong, damaged, or missing item, email decantk.eg@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos — we'll resolve it at no cost to you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
